Online Flight Training Service Policies To ensure a professional and efficient experience, the following policies apply to our online flight training sessions. By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Cancellation Policy 1. 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session are free of charge. 2. 1-Hour Notice: Cancellations made within 1 hour of the scheduled session will incur a fee of $15. 3. Ground Training Pricing Plan: Clients on the $280 weekly plan are still responsible for any applicable cancellation fees as outlined above. Session Policies No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to attend a scheduled session without providing notice will be charged the full session cost ($120 or as outlined in their pricing plan). Late Arrival: Sessions will begin at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not extend the session, and the full session fee will still apply. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule without penalty if notice is provided more than 24 hours in advance. Payment Policy The session fee is a flat rate of $120 for 2 hours or as outlined in your $280 weekly pricing plan. Payment is due before the scheduled session to confirm your booking. In the event of a cancellation, the applicable cancellation fees must be paid within 24 hours of the canceled session. Other Notes Technical Issues: If the session is interrupted due to technical difficulties on either end, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost. Client Preparedness: Please ensure you have a stable internet connection, necessary materials, and a quiet environment to maximize your learning experience. Refund Policy: Refunds will not be provided for cancellations falling outside these policy terms or for no-shows. Ground Training Pricing Plan Details The $280 weekly plan includes scheduled sessions at discounted rates. All standard policies, including cancellation fees and no-show charges, still apply to clients on this plan.
